There
are
already
some
trainers,
especially
from
the
Nonviolent
Communication
scene,
who
use
NVC-plus
or
at
least
experiment
with
it
and
enjoy
it.
They
can
be
found
in
the
NVC-plus
app,
under
the
menu
item
"Hotspots".
Such
a
hotspot
can
of
course
also
be
a
company,
an
institute,
a
team,
an
exercise
group
or
a
couple.
Hotspots
are
NVC-plus
networking
points.
Hotspots
are
not
necessarily
about
being
an
expert,
a
subject
matter
expert,
or
a
trainer
nerd.
At
NVC-plus,
we
trust
in
what
happens
when
people
start
with
a
heart
for
togetherness,
to
do
things
differently
together,
and
are
sufficiently
turned
towards
each
other
for
their
knowledge
and
skills
to
network
intelligently
in
an
interactive
way.
You
can
find
people
like
that
at
Hotspots. Download the app and look around for people in your area.
Competition
was
yesterday.
The
added
value
no
longer
lies
in
being
the
best,
but
in
working
together
ever
more
optimally
and
learning
from
each
other.
The
game
and
not
the
fight
determine
the
basic
attitude,
which
can
cause
the
maximum
common
satisfaction
and
constructiveness.
Unfortunately,
the
opposition,
the
superiority,
the
submission
and
the
basic
disconnectedness
is
still
in
our
brains
and
bones.
But
even
deeper,
beneath
the
layers
of
what
encounters
with
the
world
have
left
of
us,
the
memory
of
the
people
we
are
from
our
inner
being
stirs.
Both
the
Buddhist
monks
and
the
yogis
have
affirmed
the
essential
traits
of
the
human
being,
which
are
revealed
in
the
four
parikamas,
the
noble
virtues.
This
is
about
the
innermost
basic
attitude
or
nature
of
a
human
being,
which
he
arrives
at
once
he
has
gotten
rid
of
all
disturbing
feelings
and
sankaras
(impressions)
from
past
experiences:
serenity,
composure,
co-joy
and
compassion.
Of
course,
there
is
a
way
to
get
there,
also
for
the
coaches,
trainers
and
coaches
who
are
not
better
people.
Nevertheless,
in
genuine
self-reflection
one
can
arrive
at
a
thoroughly
positive
inner
core
and
from
this
develop
positive
utopias,
which
can
then
be
intertwined
with
NVC-plus
into
realistic
shared
visions.
As
social
beings
we
will
be
happier
and
more
effective
in
a
constructive
community
anyway, than on lonely posts. One may have tried it at least once.
