Since
time
immemorial,
philosophers
have
addressed
the
central
questions
of
humanity
-
the
meaning
of
life,
the
reason
for
our
existence,
and the good way of living.
In
NVC
philosophizing,
a
team
addresses
these
overarching
questions,
but
for
the
context
of
their
community.
What
is
the
life
track
of
each
person?
What
is
the
reason
for
their
being
here?
What
is
the
purpose
of
the
community and its good way of existing and working?
Most
people
prefer
to
get
started
in
a
concrete
and
practical
way
rather
than
to
reflect
in
a
deep
and
general
way.
But
for
some
of
a
community
this
is
just
not
true.
These
people
are
predestined
to
gain
both
a
broader
overview
and
a
deeper
understanding.
In
conventional
structures,
we
would
expect
to
find
these
people
at
the
nexus
of
politics,
economics,
science
and
society
and,
if
they
devoted
themselves
entirely
to
this
art,
we
would
call
them
philosophers.
They
prefer
to
work
generally
rather
than
specifically
and
abstractly
rather
than
concretely
and
it
has
a
special
meaning
and
value
for
a
team
to
have
such
people
among
them.
In
NVC
philosophizing,
the
yin
forces
or
the
essence
forces
also
apply.
We
know
people
who
connect
a
community
and
hold
it
together.
They
are
also
important
for
NVC-philosophizing
and
the
realization
who
we
do
not
want
to
do
only
head
work.
We
need
the
heart
forces
with
us,
because
awareness
always
needs
connection
and
connectedness.
At
NVC-plus
we
are
aware
that
it
is
a
great
value
to
become
aware
of
togetherness
in
all
aspects,
so
that
the
metaorganism
"team"
can
become
a
self-aware
metaorganism.
We
are
also
aware
that
human
beings
have
a
lot
of
inner
knowledge
and
inner
wisdom
that
they
may
find
difficult
to
access
on
their
own.
So
we
suggest
that the team begin to philosophize as a whole or in parts. But how is this practical?
People
have,
in
principle,
the
ability
to
distinguish
what
is
generally
true
and
specifically
right
from
what
is
untrue
and
wrong,
especially
when
they
are
in
contact
with
the
matter
at
hand.
In
a
philosophizing
team
this
ability
is
strengthened.
We
are
not
focusing
here
on
absolutely
true
and
right
as
the
intended
outcome
of
philosophizing.
It
is
about
the
common
maturing
process
and
about
the
maturing
process
of
the
team,
which
is
stimulated
by
this
consciousness
work.
Here
qualities
are
formed
that
develop
steadily
over
many
years.
Here
it
behaves
with
a
team
like
with
a
good
wine,
which
becomes
better
with
the
years,
however
only
if
an
appropriate process is stimulated. This is what we try to achieve with the NVC philosophy.
In
order
to
make
NVC
philosophizing
practically
possible,
we
have
developed
the
key
propositions.
They
are
several
statements
that
we
can
call
assumptions.
They
do
not
have
to
be
true
or
correct
at
all.
They
are
only
meant
to
focus
the
philosophical
conversation
on
important
aspects
that
the
team
can
then
become
more
aware
of
over
time.
We
have
taken
this
method
from
yoga
philosophy,
which
also
works
with
key
phrases.
These
are
commonly
referred
to
as
sutras.
In
yoga,
it
is
assumed
that
the
aspirant
cannot
simply
take
the
truth
from
someone.
She
will
have
to
acquire
it
gradually
on
her
own.
In
the
same
way,
a
team
will
have
to
work out the truth about the team and its members, and this truth will not remain the same - it will mature.
The key phrases are our suggestion, which we have chosen carefully. Here you can find them
