Looking for a NVC-plus Coach
You are a team that wants to steer itself with NVC-plus, or wants to introduce elements of NVC-plus. You want to be supported by someone with more experience and previous knowledge. The important thing is that you believe in yourselves as a team and keep the reins in your hands. It takes time and a playful attitude so that you can experiment with a clear head. At the very beginning there is the question: Do you as a team have an adequate or at least sufficient peace among yourselves? Because if this is not the case, then the first thing to do is to establish this peace. For this, too, there are professionals who can support you, e.g. among the trainers of Nonviolent Communication. It is important to keep in mind that some discord only points to the tense organizational structure and is not based on personal animosities. Every unfavorably organized togetherness is per se conflict-prone. If one has enough peace among each other to be positive to positive-skeptical about NVC-plus and a new form of togetherness, everything is ok. The greater the stress and the more valuable the working time, the more an external coach makes sense. If you have time and are relaxed, then you can try to move forward step by step without an external coach. The team can appoint an inner coach from its own ranks, who can then also participate in our open video conferences and the live events, for example, to get advice there. Then you are quickly on a good path.
