A change process should be as practical and playful as possible. In the course of our research, we came up with the NVC-plus cards. We designed them step by step and are making them freely available to you as part of “The Team is the Boss” (cc-commons), meaning that anyone can use them freely as working material for personal and professional purposes. These cards are classified as: 1. base cards 2. preparation cards 3. system cards 4. tool cards 5. additional cards The base cards describe the Four-Step-Circle. With the preparation cards, everyone can prepare for a team self-organized with NVC-plus. The system cards are used to understand the difference between a conventional functional system and a NVC-plus system. Both the preparation cards and the system cards are only needed once, namely to understand the changed view of the individual and the system (team, company, initiative, family, etc.). The tool cards, on the other hand, help again and again to practically solve the most important requirements in the four NVC-plus fields. You don't need all the tool cards. Take the ones that suit you. If you are unsure, then get the starter pack and I will put some together for your case. The additional cards highlight some useful side aspects that can be interesting from time to time. It may not make much sense to try to understand them all right away.
