people together more quickly and reduces the need for speculation. Since
genuine self-organization is not a trivial matter, it helps me to understand the
context first so that I don't provide unnecessary or inappropriate information.

Video conference
In video conferences, I offer an interactive introduction to integral management.
The conference can be recorded/saved upon request.
A special topic is the introductory strategy of self-management in existing
projects, companies, teams, and initiatives. This can also be extremely
interesting if agile approaches are already being used, as I take a completely
new look at self-organization with “The Team is the Boss.”
